This is our Board Certified Ophthalmologist and owner of the Eye Clinics of South Texas,
Jay M. Rubin, M.D. He has been in private practice since 1989. He is a high honors graduate of the University of Texas in
Austin, received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and did his ophthalmology training at the
University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. We are proud of Dr. Rubin's many accomplishments including his involvement
with many clinical research programs dealing with glaucoma, conjunctivitis, ocular infections, ocular allergies and dry eyes.

In the next few few paragraphs we will try to tell you a little
something about our office.
Jay M. Rubin M.D. and his office staff at the Eye Clinics of South Texas welcome you
to our web site. Dr. Jay M. Rubin is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and has been in practice in San Antonio since 1989.
His goal:"To treat every patient as he would want to be treated." He is also involved in clinical research and is responsible
for multiple eye medications on the market ranging from glaucoma, infections, allergies and dry eyes.
Dr. Rubin
and Staff also are able to provide you with the an evaluation for Laser Refractive Procedures, including Lasik and PRK. Dr.
Rubin has been performing these procedures since 1996.

 We
provide Eye Care for ages 3 to 103 years of age. Dr. Rubin and Staff will perform a thorough and extensive eye exam, looking
for eye diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, and many more. Dr. Rubin performs
no stitch cataract surgery Our goal is to treat every patient as we would want ourselves to be treated.
